Vancouver Fraser Port Authority

The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority manages the Port of Vancouver, Canada's largest and most diverse port. Its corporate office is located within Canada Place and showcases a dynamic design that seamlessly integrates rectilinear forms, sustainability, collaboration, and productivity.

The project utilized a distributed lighting control system powered by Crestron ZUM. A mix of 0-10V, phase, and DALI dimming were controlled without the need for converters. Meeting the client's specifications, the system automatically adjusted dimming levels and sensor responses based on a predetermined schedule. During business hours, lights dimmed to 50% upon vacancy, while outside business hours, they automatically switched off when areas were empty.

Selux's M60 Recessed creates visual interest in open collaborative spaces while M60 Pendants integrates perfectly between the acoustic panels in the boardroom.
